Market for Coffee

Per ICO (International Coffee Organization) the market for coffee has steadily depleted for the course of 5 months. Exportation of coffee as well has been depleted by 2.7% from last year.  The demand for coffee expected this year is 149.3 Million bags while production is being estimated to produce 141.9 million bags. With these numbers speculation arouse that we maybe shorting customers worldwide. The profit per month is averaging 10% down; this has been the lowest average since last year January 2014. Italian Astronaut Enjoys the First Cup of Coffee Brewed in Space

The International Space Station (ISS) has been home to Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti for the last six months, and she made history for being the first Italian woman in space. Now, Cristoforetti has put her name in the history books once again, this time for being the first person to drink an espresso in zero-gravity. As part of a larger fluid physics study, Cristoforetti was asked to brew a cup of coffee while aboard the ISS to investigate the coffee-making process, something which usually involves gravity from start to finish. The ISS team successfully pulled off another feat in zero-g when Cristoforetti enjoyed a delicious cup of espresso, 220 miles above the earth’s surface.
