A product perfectly balanced during production to ensure gelatos don't harden on display. Use very hot or even boiling milk, so that the milk chocolate chips in the product are correctly dissolved. Requires no maturation time, and once the product is dissolved in the milk it can be poured directly into the batch freezer.
